Alangaden Business Group operates as a multifaceted enterprise specializing in wholesale electrical distribution and turnkey engineering projects. These terms apply to all digital interactions, RFQ submissions, and material procurement through our platform.

Our platform facilitates formal Request for Quotation (RFQ) submissions for industrial materials and engineering work.

• Inquiry Submission:An inquiry submitted via our website represents a formal request for pricing and availability, not a binding purchase order. Prices shown in the cart are estimates.
• Quotation Validity:Formal quotations generated by our engineering team are typically valid for 7 calendar days due to fluctuations in industrial material pricing (copper, aluminum, PVC).
• Material Integrity:We reserve the right to suggest technical alternatives (equivalent brands) if a requested SKU is unavailable or if engineering load calculations demand specific requirements.

Commercial transactions follow standardized industrial payment protocols:

Alangaden Business Group manages logistics through its Mankada distribution hub:

• Deliveries within Kerala typically occur within 2–5 business days of order confirmation and payment.
• Site unloading is the responsibility of the client unless pre-arranged on-site handling is included in the quote.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the client upon physical delivery at the site address.
• Inspection of materials must occur within 24 hours of delivery; discrepancies must be reported immediately.

Product warranties are provided by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) such as V-Guard, Polycab, and Schneider Electric. Alangaden Business Group provides a separate 12-month workmanship warranty on all engineering installations executed by E Tech Engineering.

In no event shall Alangaden Business Group or its subsidiaries be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of materials or services.

The technology infrastructure, proprietary software, design code, industrial schemas, and content of this website are the intellectual property of Alangaden Business Group. Reproduction without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Engineering designs, blueprints, and load calculations produced by E Tech Engineering remain our intellectual property until full project payment is cleared.

Any claim relating to Alangaden Business Group services or this website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kerala, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Jurisdiction for all disputes shall reside exclusively in the courts of Malappuram District, Kerala.
